  2. Yay! How exciting! Our little bean is a surprise but we have a strong feeling it's a little girl :)

I agree with the above - raise a boy you would want your daughters to marry (that can sound very wrong but I'm sure you understand what I mean!)

  3. Yay!!! Congrats! Boys are soooo fun! People say there's not as much cute boy stuff out there, but once you start shopping you will find plenty!! And, I'm so happy our first was (is) a boy... I don't feel like they are so fragile! Haha! Have you thought of any names?

  7. YEA! Congratulations!
Be prepared for a "tough" little boy who still loves to cuddle and needs his mommy (Hudson is tough but very sensitive). A little guy who will be on the go until he literally passes out in the middle of the room. haha From what I have seen little boys are a little more physical in their play. They like to climb and jump. There is NO FEAR!

I love being a mommy to a little boy. They are a lot of fun and keep you super busy (as I'm sure all little kids do, boy or girl).

-"test drive" diapers. Don't commit to a brand until you know what works. Little boys are really good at peeing right out of them if the fit isn't just right. All diapers are not created equal and different brands seem to fit different body types better. If you don't want to buy Pampers or Huggies, Sams Club brand diapers work really will (IMO) and are less expensive most of the time.

You are going to be a wonderful mommy. Congratulations and enjoy the ride! :)

I was wondering how I missed this, but then I saw the date posted was Elliott's birth day :) since I'm new, I don't have too much insight yet but by the time Colton is here I'm sure I'll have a few tips :) little boys are the sweetest and the definitely love their mommas

  15. My little guy is almost 2 months old so I don't have a ton of experience. I will say that little boys are the best cuddlers and they love their mamas!! So happy for you!!
